Project Purple, Day 17

Another “DO NOT” for everyone today…

Do NOT try to restrain or hold someone down during a seizure. Instead (in case you missed that post) clear the area around the person, get them on their side if it’s possible to do so safely, and place something small and flat under their head (like a folded jacket or shirt).
